2. Music Licensing and Usage Rules
100% Clear for Creators. Safe for YouTube, Vimeo, TikTok & beyond. Zero Copyright Claims. When you download or purchase a track from our website, you receive a high-quality audio file ready for your projects. Here is how our licensing works:
A. The Creator License (Standard Use) If you are an independent creator, vlogger, gamer, or freelancer, you are permitted to use our music in your videos and projects across all major platforms (including, but not limited to, YouTube, Vimeo, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, and Podcasts).
Monetization is allowed: You retain 100% of your ad revenue. We do not use YouTube Content ID to claim your independent videos.
Buy once, use forever: There are no recurring fees for the tracks you purchase.
B. The Golden Rule (Mandatory Attribution) Because we provide our music without Content ID restrictions, we require one action in return. You MUST include the following credit in the description of your video or project. (Please copy and paste this text):

C. What You CANNOT Do (Strictly Prohibited) To keep the Cyan Vibes library safe for everyone, the following actions are strictly forbidden:
No Reselling: You cannot resell, redistribute, or upload our standalone audio files to Spotify, Apple Music, or any other platform as your own music.
No Content ID Registration: You CANNOT register any content, project, derivative work, or song containing our music with any Content ID system or digital distributor (such as TuneCore, DistroKid, etc.).. Doing so will cause false copyright strikes for other creators.
No Claiming Ownership: You cannot claim to be the creator or copyright holder of the music.
D. Commercial & Broadcast License If you represent a major corporate brand, TV network, or film studio looking to use Cyan Vibes music in a commercial advertising campaign, theatrical release, or broadcast television, the Standard Creator License does not apply. Please contact us directly at info@cyanvibes.com to discuss a Commercial License.
3. Payment, Technical Issues, and Delivery
A. Third-Party Processors and Technical Failures We rely on third-party payment processors (such as Stripe) and external hosting servers to manage transactions and file delivery. We cannot guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free. We do not assume any liability for technical failures, server crashes, payment processing delays, or internet connection issues that may prevent the immediate delivery of Your purchased digital files.
B. Resolving Download Issues If a technical issue occurs and You do not receive Your file or the download link fails after a successful payment, it is Your responsibility to notify Us immediately at info@cyanvibes.com. We will make every reasonable effort to verify the transaction and provide a new, working download link as soon as possible.
4. Strict No Refund Policy
All Sales are Final. Due to the digital nature of the products offered on the Website, once a payment is confirmed by our system and the transaction is successfully processed, the sale is considered strictly final and complete. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances. By completing the purchase, You acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. If you experience technical difficulties downloading the file, your sole remedy is to contact Us for a replacement link, as outlined in Section 3.B.
5. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties
A. Disclaimer of Warranties The Service and all digital files are provided to You “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.
B. Limitation of Liability You agree that Your use of the Service is entirely at Your own risk. You assume full and sole responsibility for how You use the downloaded files.
